Anne Kenny Anne was born in Austria but grew up in Windsor, Ontario. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor and after graduation she was employed by the Federal Government and assigned to the Canada Employment Centre in St. Thomas where she spent her career as a counselor, supervisor and manager. Since retiring from the government, Anne has been self-employed as a management and human resource consultant and most recently worked as an Economic Development Consultant with Elgin Community Futures Development Corporation. |

Volunteerism has been a constant in her life - over the years she has served as President of the Board of the YWCA and Family and Children's Services, served as a director on numerous boards and has been an active fund raiser and community supporter. At present she is a founding director of the Elgin St. Thomas Community Foundation and gives time to the administration of the Elgin Business Women's Network.

Bill Denning Born and raised in Strathroy, Bill graduated from Humber College’s Funeral Services program and completed his apprenticeship in London. |
Bill serves as Treasurer of the Western Ontario Funeral Service Association, sits on the Board of Directors of the Tiny Tots Co-Op Daycare in Rodney and is a member of the Rodney Legion. He is Past Master of the West Elgin Masonic Lodge and Past President and current member of the Rodney Fire Fighters’ Association.

Grace McGartland For more than 25 years, as owner of Thunderbolt Thinking and author of Thunderbolt Thinking ®: Transform Your Insights and Options into Powerful Business Results, Grace has helped companies such as AlliedSignal Aerospace, Owens Corning, Royal Bank Financial Group and American Express develop new products and services. Grace is past National President of the National Association of Women Business Owners and served for 13 years as President of Pittsburgh Volunteers for Appalachian Health. Grace currently sits on the County of Elgin Economic Development & Tourism Advisory Committee (CEEDTAC) and the Savour Elgin Advisory Committee. She also chaired Elgin County's IPM tent committee. |

As a resident of West Lorne, she is part of the Community Improvement Taskforce, has volunteered at St. Mary’s Catholic School and at West Elgin Secondary School. She is a member of the Crinan Women’s Institute. She served as Chair, from 2004-2007, of the province-wide Coalition for Small Schools, which helped bring $327,250 to students in the Thames Valley School District, including West Elgin Secondary School and Glencoe District High School.
She received her Master Degree in Communications and Technology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Duncan Morrison Duncan's great-grandfather William, moved to Elgin County in 1836. His grandfather, Robert, purchased the family farm in West Lorne where Duncan was born and had lived again since 2002. He is the retired Chairman of ARRI Canada Ltd. and served as its President from 1994-2001. During his careers, Duncan served as Vice-President of Seapoint Financial Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of the CTV Television Network, Vice-President/Comptroller of Copperweld Corporation in Pittsburgh and Vice President, Treasurer and Comptroller of Kysor Industrial Corporation in Cadillac, Michigan. Since 1982 Duncan has served as a Director of II-VI Inc. |
Duncan is a volunteer driver for the VON program, was a founding trainer in the BEST senior exercise program in Rodney and is a member of the West Elgin Nature Club. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), accredited through studies at McMaster University.

Mary Simpson After 30 years of roaming around Canada, Mary returned to her roots near the Thames River. Her passion is rural cultural development and natural farming. With degrees in Environmental Studies from York University and the University of Waterloo, she has worked as a project manager, administrator, Board trainer, collaborative writer and community-based researcher. Mary provides board management training, strategic planning and facilitation services to community partnerships and organization in the non-profit sector, including Beattie Haven Retirement Community and the Your Wardsville Initiative. |

Mary is also a member of the Middlesex Community Futures Development Corporation Board and the Thames River Heritage Committee. She is a member of the Coalition for Small Schools, which was instrumental in delivering $337,250 dollars to the students of the Thames Valley School District including West Elgin Secondary School and Glencoe District High School.

Jerry Galbraith Jerry returned to Elgin County, where his parents were born and raised, after 32 years with the RCAF. Joining at the age of 18, he reached the rank of Master Warrant Officer as a Communications Technician, was commissioned in 1989 and had achieved the rank of Captain as a Communications Electronics Engineering Officer when he retired. While with the RCAF he was posted or deployed in every province and territory and in several countries. He began a second career with Investors Group, which continues today and has been a Certified Financial Planner since 2000, with his wife Bev as his assistant. |
Jerry is a Board member of the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation, a member and past Master of the Cameron Masonic Lodge in Dutton, Member of the Board and a past-president of the Dutton-Dunwich Chamber of Commerce and member and past-president of the Optimist Club in Wallacetown. Jerry is also a member of the West Lorne Legion Br. 221 and the Tyrconnell Heritage Society.
